Hotel Miramare offers its guests a restaurant with a sober and elegant decor
We know what it means to arrive from a long, exhausting trip. You can not wait to enjoy a nice welcome, a good drink and an equally good culinary experience in a cozy atmosphere.
Our restaurant is located in a cozy and comfortable area, where you can enjoy specialties of the traditional Italian cuisine and of the international cuisine.
Claudio, our chef, is in charge for the selection of ingredients, as well as for the care and preparation of meals. The modern kitchen equipment and the attention to details make the dining experience of Hotel Miramare something special!
BREAKFAST
Breakfast can be enjoyed either in the breakfast room or on the large terrace by the pool. You can expect a rich selection of croissants, desserts, fresh or toasted bread, yogurt, cereals and corn flakes, jams, fresh fruit and compote, eggs, salami, cheese and cold cuts.
SNACKS
The sophisticated menu offers small snacks that satisfy all tastes, which can be enjoyed under the sun or in the shade of the pool area.
Dinner
Our restaurant offers a menu “à la carte” with many regional and Mediterranean dishes, as well as a rich salad and dessert buffet. The wine list is particularly accurate, after all we are in Friuli Venezia Giulia, region that produces some of the best Italian wines. The wine list also offers Tuscan, Piedmont, Trentino, Veneto and Sicilian wines, and a renowned selection of French and international wines.
This menu consists of four courses, and is accompanied by a buffet of appetizers, fresh salads and desserts.
Our kitchen team is always ready to satisfy the desires of our younger guests, as well as the needs of special diets.
